William "Billy" Palmer, Jr

William “Billy” Wolter Palmer Jr., age 64, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, August 21, 2021. He was a native of Clarksdale, MS and a resident of Theriot, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Eloi Catholic Church in Theriot, LA on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in church cemetery.

Billy is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Denise Chicorelli Palmer; son, William “Billy” W. Palmer III and wife, April; daughter, Amye P. Jakob and husband, Todd; grandchildren, Stephen and Layton.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, William Wolter Palmer Sr. and Rebekah McMullen Palmer; sister, Cynthia "Cindy" Palmer.

Billy was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all whose hearts he touched.
