Wanda Thibodeaux

Wanda Abadie Thibodeaux, age 65, passed away at her residence on November 14, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was a longtime resident of Houma, Louisiana.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Bernadette Catholic Church on Monday, November 18, 2019 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery No. 2.

Wanda is survived by her husband of 44 years, Curtis Thibodeaux; son, Brad Thibodeaux; daughter, Nicole Thibodeaux Brocato and husband Michael; grandchildren, Juliet Thibodeaux and Parker Brocato; mother, Betty Carlos Abadie; siblings, Brian Abadie (Char), Thomas Abadie, Kim Marcel (Kenneth), Melanie Boudreaux (Sterling), Amy Kraemer (Ronnie); she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Wanda is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Abadie; infant son, Chad Thibodeaux; sister, Carla Abadie Callahan.

Wanda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was blessed with a beautiful family and loved all her siblings dearly. Wanda loved spending time with them on holidays, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by her husband Curt. They married July 11, 1975 and was blessed with 44 years of marriage. Wanda will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
