Walter “Dennis” McCarty, 77, a native and resident of Houma passed away Monday December 3,2018 at 4:10 PM
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 6,2018 from 10:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 PM. Interment to follow in St. Francis II Cemetery.
Mr. Dennis is survived by his loving daughter, Denise McCarty and his special daughter Allison Turner and her husband Jason and their three sons, Ethan, Leighton and Wil and his two sisters Joann and Gail, and three sisters in law.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 48 years, Pearl Legendre McCarty, parents C. W. and Ruth Cummings McCarty. Sister Wanda Trahan,
Mr. Dennis was a member of the St. Joseph Society who loved to bake for the St. Joseph Altars at St. Francis. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
