Vivian P. Marie, age 74, a native and resident of Houma, passed away Thursday November 28,2018 at 3:58 AM.
Visitation will be from 9 AM until Mass Of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Monday December 3,2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment in St. Elie Cemetery.
Mrs. Vivian is survived by her loving children, Mitchell P. and wife Tina Marie and Dixie Hebert and husband Wendell; mother, Effie Bourg Price; brothers Timmy, Ronald, Jimmy, Henry and William Price; sisters Margaret LeBeouf and Wendy Guidry; grandchildren Mario Marie, Dustin Chauvin, Chelsea Nettelton, Bishop Marie, Devon Marie, Jacelyn Fanguy and Madden Hebert and 3 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Vivian was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years Royal Paul Marie; son Jason Paul Marie; great- grandson Jaxson Marie; father Henry Price, and brother Cyrus Price.
She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Parish and loved cooking, shopping, and possesed a special love for her family, friends, and two dogs, Maggie and Gabby. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A sincere and heartfelt thanks is extended by the family to Dr. Fadi Abou-Issa, Dr. Robert Gamble , Mary Perkins Center, Journey Hospice and the many friends and relatives for their prayers and support.
