It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Tina Bergeron Robichaux, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend. Born on September 13, 1974, in Houma, Louisiana, Tina touched the lives of many throughout her journey, her true passion was found in spending time with her family and beloved grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation in her honor on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Chauvin Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at church cemetery.
Tina is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Tate Robichaux; sons, Justin Bergeron and Hunter Robichaux; grandsons, Mason Bergeron and Brayden Bergeron; mother, Joy Bergeron; brother, Hartley Bergeron, Jr. (Jessica); sister, Jessica Bergeron (Parrish); mother-in-law, Christine Robichaux (Phillip); in-laws, Monique Robert (Shawn), Karen McCoy (Mike), Pete Robichaux (Mary), and Clay Robichaux (Fallon); and a wealth of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in passing by her father, Hartley Bergeron, Sr.; father-in-law, Allen P. Robichaux, Sr.; sister, Melissa Bergeron; and grandparents, Ione David, Louis David, Celestine Gautreaux Bergeron, and Eleola Gautreaux Bergeron.
Tina was known for her vibrant spirit and infectious laughter. She cherished every moment spent with her fur babies and delighted in the joys of shopping- with a fire in her eye that suggested she might keep a secret or two from her husband, Tate. Her contributions to her family transcend material memories. Tina had a unique way of expressing love, often through her candid remarks and playful teasing, fondly referred to by her loved ones as "bitching at her family."
Her legacy is one of love, laughter, and resilience, ensuring that she will be profoundly missed by everyone who knew her. In this time of mourning, we hold dear the beautiful memories created with Tina and take comfort in the love she so freely shared with all of us.
