Tina Ray

Tina Marie Ray, age 59, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021 at her residence. She was a longtime resident of Houma.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation in Chapel Dauphine of Chauvin Funeral home on Sunday, March 21, 2021 beginning at 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. No service to follow and burial at a later date. 

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, masks are mandatory and social distancing should be practiced.

Tina is survived by her husband, James M. Ray; son, William Bergeron and wife Ranada Billiot; grandchildren, Caleb Bergeron, Caden Bergeron, Blaze Bergeron, and Matthew Hearn; brothers, Lee Pellegrin Sr., Johnny Pellegrin and wife Sharon, Steve Pellegrin and wife Parish, James “Jimmy” Pellegrin; sisters, Margie Injaian and husband Doug, Barbara Bergeron, Pearly Kramer and husband Allen Sr.

Tina is preceded in death by her parents, William and Thelma Pellegrin; brothers, Ralph Pellegrin, William Pellegrin, Paul Pellegrin, Terry Pellegrin.

Tina was a loving wife and mother. She loved her family dearly and adored her grandchildren. She loved everyone and always was willing to help others. She was known for her big heart, great personality, loving, caring, compassionate, and giver to many. She was very talented and loved to crochet and watch her soap operas. Tina will be missed by all who knew her. She is now reunited with her family who passed before her and now rests in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
