Tegwyn Weigand

Tegwyn Murphy Weigand, age 74, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020 surrounded by her family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral of Tegwyn Murphy Weigand Friday, July 10, 2020 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home. Burial will follow at St. Bridget Cemetery in Schriever, La.

Tegwyn  is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Joseph Weigand and son, Jason Weigand.

Tegwyn is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Dorothy Murphy.

Tegwyn was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She taught middle-school English for 11 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and working in her garden, and she served as the President of the Schriever Garden Club.
