Tanya Price

Tanya Ann LeCompte Price, age 61, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11:51 p.m. She was a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Richmond, TX.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home in the Magnolia Chapel at 5899 Hwy 311, Houma, LA on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 beginning at 5:00 pm until 9:00 p.m. and St. Francis de Sales Cathedral at 500 Goode St., Houma, LA on Thursday, December 13, 2018 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be held in St. Francis #2 Cemetery.

Tanya is survived by her husband of 31 years, Paul Aaron Price; son, Reese Paul Price and wife, Janeth; grandsons, William Allen and Christopher Henry Price; brother, Roland Paul LeCompte, Jr., wife, Dinah, and son Gage.

Tanya is preceded in death by parents, Roland Paul Sr. and Betty Marie Bonvillain LeCompte.

Tanya was a retired cosmetologist. She enjoyed dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She loved life to the fullest, and her grandsons were her pride and joy. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
