Russell Derouen

Russell J. Derouen, 90, of Houma, LA passed away on March 5, 2021.  He was a native of Weeks Island, LA and a resident of Houma, LA. 

Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 at 1:00pm.

Russell was preceded in death by his wife, Marian Verret – Derouen; his son, Russell J. Derouen, Jr.; daughter, Ellen Lirette; parents, Whitney and Noelie Derouen; sisters, Theresa Gisclair, Rita Broussard, Emma Belle Hebert, Deloria Carlisle; and granddaughter, Dana Kimball.

He is survived by his children, Penny Kimball and husband, Stephen of Houma, LA, Jane West of Columbia, MS, Chris Derouen Sr. and wife, Myra of Gray, LA, Linda Derouen and John Files of Orlando, FL.  He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 3great-great grandchildren.
