Roland Quebedeaux

Roland Quebedeaux, 73, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2017. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00AM until service time. A Liturgy of the Word will begin at 11:00AM at Chauvin Funeral Home with inurnment to follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. Roland is survived by his wife, Rometa Cabanilla Duplantis Quebedeaux; son, Todd Quebedeaux and wife Christine; and son Chris Breaux and fiancee’ Angie; daughter, Shellie Quebedeaux; step-son, Kent Duplantis and wife Tammy; and step-daughter, Stacy Duplantis and companion Micki; brother, Jimmie Quebedeaux; seven grandchildren; four step grandchildren; ten step great grandchildren; and one great grandson on the way.  Roland is also survived by his beloved pet companion, Winston. Roland is preceded in death by his parents, Gus Quebedeaux and Anna Comeaux Quebedeaux; sister, Belva Jane Bihm. Roland was an avid sports fan and he loved watching the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. He also enjoyed Country, Cajun, and French music. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
