Roger E. Carlisle of Houma Louisiana , age 62 , passed away on Easter Sunday April 12, 2020. Roger was a native of Baycity Michigan and a resident of Houma .

Roger is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Tesia Carlisle; sons, Joshua N. Carlisle and wife Alexis and Benjamin L. Carlisle; daughters, Tanya M. Hawley Slates and husband Daniel S. Slates, Misty L. Blanchard and Donald Blanchard III; grandchildren, Daniel W. Slates, Raya M. Slates, Greysen A. Blanchard, Oliver L. Carlisle, Meadow G. Carlisle; brothers, Joseph Carlisle and wife Lynn, Leo Carlisle; sisters, Paula Valenstine, Cathy Williams and husband Dewey, Sue Bridges and husband Harvey, Mary Taylor and husband Billy.

Roger is preceded in death by his mother Veronica Cabala Carlisle and father Ortis L. Carlisle Jr and daughter, Tanya M. Hawley Slates.

Roger loved spending his time with his family and loving wife of 36 years Tesia Carlisle. Roger proudley served his country in the United States Navy and retired with 20 years of service. Roger was also a driver in the oil industry for 20 years.
