Richard Brondum

Richard C. Brondum, Sr., aged 87 years passed away Friday October 1,2021 at 2:29 AM.

Memorial services will be held in his honor on Saturday October 9, 2021,  from 11AM until 2 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home.

Mr. Brondum is survived by his loving companion of 24 years, Gloria Bouvier,  son, Richard Jr. and wife Rosalyn Brondum, Pamela and husband Craig Roussel, and Barbara Boudwin. Sisters, Brenda Rotherham (Bobby) and Gail Wade (Jim) Grandchildren, Brittnie Roussel,  Shari and husband Patrick Kenney, Derek and Amber Brondum, Julie and husband Cory Authement and Katie Boudwin and great grandchildren, Koen Breaux, Piper Authement, and Sullivan Kenney. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Yoerger Brondum.  Parents Wilmer M. and Margaret Boucherau Brondum and Son In Law Wayne Boudwin and great grandchild, Sawyer Kenney.

Mr. Brondum was a U.S. Navy Veteran during the Korean War.  He loved to fish, bowl and play golf.  Loved to be with family and friends and entertaining the fur babies.
