Polly Thibodeaux

Polly Malbrough Thibodeaux, age 67, went home Saturday January 29, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was a lifetime resident of Houma.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home Thursday February 3, 2022 from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.

Polly is survived by her husband, Thomas James Thibodeaux, I; children, Marline Shackleford, Rachel Perna Amador and husband Francisco, Tracy Thibodeaux, Trina Thibodeaux, Paul Guidry and wife Brandy, Priscilla Johnson and husband Gerald, Thomas Thibodeaux, II, Tory Thibodeaux and wife Cara; and too many grandchildren to list; brother, Peter Malbrough.

Polly is preceded in death by her parents, Veday Malbrough and Doris Pitre Malbrough; daughter, Tammy Thibodeaux; sister, Paula Ledet; brothers, Patrick Malbrough, Percy Malbrough, Pius Malbrough, and Paul Malbrough.

Polly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved God above everything. She enjoyed nature, dancing, singing, being goofy, and trips to nowhere. Polly knew family was her earthly purpose and she lived through them.
