Paulette Arceneaux

Paulette Guzzetta Arceneaux, age 80, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2020 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. She was a longtime resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana.

Paulette is survived by her son, Jamie Arceneaux, and wife Dawn; daughter, Nicole Ann Arceneaux and husband Jerral “Jay” Rome; granddaughter, Mia Marie Arceneaux.

Paulette is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Philip Arceneaux; parents, Jacquinto Guzzetta and Della Youkum; brother, Thomas Guzzetta.

Paulette endured many challenges and losses in her life. Many hardships, but also many blessings. In June of 1993, she was in a terrible car accident. She was not supposed to live. But with faith, grace, and the determination to live for her kids, she recovered. The family is thankful for all the years they had with her. She truly had the most loving, giving heart. She helps so many people and never met a stranger. She was proud of her Italian heritage, and loved to eat Italian food, she lived for her children, and was so immensely proud of her beautiful granddaughter Mia and all her accomplishments. Her legacy will live on forever in their hearts. She is the picture of strength, grace, faith, and hope. Rest in peace our beautiful angel.
