Nolan Joseph Breaux, 77, passed away on November 27, 2017 surrounded by his loving wife, family and friends. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Bayou Blue Assembly Church from 9:00AM until service time. Funeral services will begin on Wednesday at Bayou Blue Assembly Church at 11:00AM with burial following services at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray, LA. Nolan is survived by his loving wife of forty-eight years, Carla Fletcher Breaux; sons, Rockey Breaux and wife Jerri, Keith Breaux and wife Bridget, William Davis, and fiance’ Angie; daughters, Sabrena Blay and husband Bruce, Deanna Blanchard and husband Ted; grandchildren, Wren Breaux and wife Courtney, Hannah Daigle and husband Clayton, Ashley Adams and husband John, Jennie Trueblood and husband Roger, Aaron Breaux and fiance’ Taylor, and Marcee Breaux, Amber Davis, Sophie Davis and Matthew Davis, Kalyx Kibodeaux, Chase Renolds, Travis Bergeron and wife Maddy, Kelsey LeBouef and fiance’ Ricky; numerous great grandchildren with “one on the way”. Nolan is preceded in death by his parents, Noah Breaux and Ida Boudreaux Breaux; brothers, Charles Breaux, Daniel Breaux, Ernest Breaux, and Alee Breaux; sister, Bearnice B. He was an avid reader and always had a book in his hands or in his pockets no matter where he was going. Known by many family and friends; he will be always remembered and loved.
