Necia Kelly

Necia W. Kelly, age 83 years, a native of Chickasha, OK and resident of Houma, LA for 71 years passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021, at 5:57 A.M.

A visitation in her honor will take place on Wednesday June 16,2021 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.  and Thursday from 8:00 A.M. until service time at 10:00 A.M.in the Chapel Dauphine of Chauvin Funeral Home 5899 Highway 311 Houma, LA.   Interment to follow in Terrebonne Memorial Park.

Mrs. Necia is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Luther H. Kelly, Jr.; her loving children Craig Kelly, Jennifer White and husband Gerard and their daughter Megan White; and sister-in-law Leontina Kelly Gallagher of San Francisco, CA.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph A. and Bernice Fry White.

Mrs. Necia loved reading, gardening, genealogy, cooking and being with family and friends.  She was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority, Daughters of the American Revolution, various genealogical societies, and the First United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Delta Zeta Sorority, 202 E. Church Street, Oxford, Ohio 45056.
