Myrtle Dupre

Myrtle Williams Dupre, 82, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017 at 9:20PM. She is a native of Galveston, TX and a resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 9:00AM until service Chauvin Funeral Home. A Liturgy of the Word will begin at 11:00AM following visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home with Burial to follow in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.

Myrtle is survived by her children, Loretta Ann Trahan and husband Robin, Kathleen Elizabeth Greve and husband Dave, Kenneth Dupre and wife Darlene, Ricky Dupre and wife Joan, and Dudley Dupre and wife Lisa; brothers, Clifton Williams; sister, Delores Boudreaux; grandchildren, Sherry Creekmore, Robin Gail Foret, Kimberly Greve Ledet, Stephanie Greve Belisle, Stephen Trahan, Alexis Marie Dupre, Bryce J. Dupre, Sara Greve, and Ryan Dupre; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Myrtle is preceded in death by her husband, Marshall A. Dupre; parents, Clifton F. Williams and Lenora Matherne Williams; brothers, Claude Williams, Tommy Williams; sister, Elvera Mosley.

Myrtle was a loving mother and grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother; who knew her as G Gma. She had a love of music. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
