Mollie C. Boudreaux, age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She was a lifelong resident of Houma, Louisiana. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation from the Magnolia Chapel on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Thursday, December 7, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the Liturgy of the Word at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery. Mollie is survived by her husband of 57 years, Maurice Boudreaux; son, Dwayne Boudreaux and wife Cathy and grandchildren, Nicole Lenz and husband Sean, Caleb Boudreaux, and great-grandchildren, Griffin, Rylan and Kaiden; son, Bryan Boudreaux and wife Sheila and grandchildren, Matthew Boudreaux and wife Samantha, Timothy Boudreaux, Amanda Boudreaux, and great-grandchild, Bryleigh; and siblings, Gloria Porche, James Chauvin, Mary Ann Boudreaux, and Paul Chauvin. Mollie is preceded in death by her parents, Connely and Theresa Champagne Chauvin; daughter, Connie Lynn Boudreaux; and sister, Belle Matherne. Mollie was kind and loving. She loved her family dearly, and adored her grand- and great-grandchildren. She and her husband spent many of their fifty-seven years of marriage camping and traveling to different states. She loved flowers, especially magnolias. She will be dearly missed and now rests in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Boudreaux family.
