Minus John Henry, 76, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 12:46pm. Minus was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and continue on Friday with visitation beginning at 9:00am until service time. A Liturgy of the Word will follow visitations on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00am with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. Minus is survived by his loving family; his children, Darlene LeBoeuf and husband Mickey, Sheila Boudreaux and husband Barry; siblings, Yvonne White and husband, Carroll Sr., Evelyn Domangue Ellender, Verna Carlos, Helen Mahaffey and husband Bob, Bonnie Davis and husband Tommy, Melvin Henry and wife Penny, Robert Henry and wife Irene, Herman Henry and wife Loretta; grandchildren, John-Henry LeBoeuf, Dr. Michaela LeBoeuf Williams and husband Brandon, Collin Boudreaux; one great grandson on the way, Levi James Williams; and many loving numerous family members whom he loved dearly. Minus is preceded in passing by his loving wife, Brenda Cunningham Henry; parents, Levi and Helen Leonard Henry; mother-in-law, Cecelia Domangue; sister, Darlene Marie Henry; sister-in-law, Missy Domangue; brothers-in-law, Barry Domangue, Wilbert Carlos, Davis Ellender. Minus was a member of the Houma Elks Lodge #1193 and held many honors including Exalted Ruler. Minus proudly served in the United States Army. Minus enjoyed camping, LSU, and spending time with his family. Minus will forever be remembered by his loving family and his many pets.
