Mark John Boudreaux, age 70, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, September 27, 2021. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday, October 4, 2021, beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 pm.
Mark is survived by his daughters, Laura B. (Travis) Nichols, Kristina B. (John) Bobbitt, Kristal B. (Plugg) Bonvillain, Diane B. (David Jr.) Racine, and Dawn B. (Jason) Dufrene; sister, Roxanne "Roxie" B. (Nathan) Thompson; and 12 grandchildren.
Mark was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Barbara Ann Holcomb Boudreaux; parents, Joseph Charles Sr. and Hazel Mary Jane Rogers Boudreaux; daughter, Rachael M. Boudreaux; brother, Joseph C. (Barbara) Boudreaux Jr.; sister, Gayle B. (Cyril Sr.) Boquet; In-laws, James W. (Clara Belanger) Holcomb.
Mark was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to all who knew him. He was a hard-working family man who never met a stranger and would do anything for anybody. He was proud of his grandchildren and enjoyed spending plenty of time with them. Mark proudly served in the US Army before being honorably discharged in 1974.
