Margery Fournier

Margery Marmande Fournier, age 82 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. She was lifelong resident of Houma.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Bernadette Catholic Church on Monday, November 12, 2018 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery No. 2.

Margery is survived by her sons; Glenn Fournier and wife Claire and their son, Michael Fournier; Tommy Fournier and wife Melissa; brother, Emile Marmande; sister, Genevieve Wathen.

Margery is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Elmer Fournier; parents, Henry Marmande, Sr. and Celeste Champagne Marmande; brothers, Henry Marmande, Jr., Alidore and Roy Marmande; sister, Louise Constant.

Margery was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Margery loved her Lord and was a devoted Catholic parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
