Lucretia Lirette

Lucretia Scott Lirette, 88, a native of Dulac, La. and a resident of Theriot, La. died on July 2, 2017.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. until Service time at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held at the church at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in St. Eloi Catholic Cemetery.She is survived by her daughters, Sarah Day and husband Terry of Alabama, Glenda Parker of Houma and Sue LaCoste and husband Elward, Jr. of Theriot; her son, Roosevelt Lirette, Jr., and wife Gwen of Houma, Neal Lirette of Theriot and Danny Lirette, Sr. and companion Charlotte Parfait of Houma; her daughter-in-law, Edna Breaux of Chauvin; 18 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and 5 great- great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her Husband, Roosevelt Lirette, Sr.; son, Leo Breaux, Sr.; son-in-law Joe Parker, Sr., and her grandsons, Alvin Breaux and Danny Lirette, Jr., her granddaughter, Jessica Lirette; her great grandson, Jaden Bergeron, her parents, Paul Scott and Sarah Tivet Scott; her sisters, Audrey Scott, Marie Green, and Theresa Liner; and her brothers, Herman Lirette, Andrew, Nolan and John “Bone” Scott.She is parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church.
