Lourie Nettleton

Lourie Ann Nettleton, age 59, passed away Monday November 15, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was a native and longtime resident of Montegut.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation Friday November 19, 2021 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place at Bisland Cemetery in Montegut.

Lourie is survived by sons, Anthony Paul Nettleton, Jr. “T.J.”, Leroy Joseph Nettleton; parents, Roland Naquin and Theresa Naquin Naquin; grandchildren, Anthony Paul Nettleton III, Blake Michael Nettleton, Coby Joseph Nettleton, Ciara Lynn Nettleton, Isaac Lee Nettleton, Emilee Grace Nettleton; brothers, Ronnie James Naquin (Dwayne), John Darren Naquin (Clarissa), Teddy Joseph Naquin, Matthew Naquin (Katie); sisters, Rebecca “Becky” Holland (Ronald), Sandra “Sandy” Landry (Robert Sr.); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lourie is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Paul Nettleton, Sr.; daughter, Brandi Lynn Nettleton.

Lourie was a loving devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed baking, sewing and attending her Sunday Church services. She enjoyed gathering with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
