Linda Callaway

Linda Marie Gaston Callaway, 62, passed away at 8:39AM on Thursday, November 9, 2017. She was a native of Montegut, LA and resident of Gray, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 5:00PM until 9:00PM and continue Wednesday morning, November 15, 2017 at Annunziata Catholic Church from 9:00AM until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin Wednesday at 11:00AM at Annunziata with burial to follow services in St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery in Bayou Blue, LA. She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Keith Callaway; two sons, Michael Roy Callaway and Jamie Lee Callaway; three sisters Joan Gaston Dixon and husband Mike Dixon; Barbara Gaston Baudean and husband David Baudean, and Brendy Blair; three stepsisters, Patricia LaJaunie Robichaux, Laura LaJaunie Bergeron, and JoAnna LaJaunie Parent; and one granddaughter, Brenee Lee Guise. Linda is preceded in death by her father, Houston Joseph Gaston; mother, Mary Alice Romano Gaston; and raised by her loving aunt and uncle, Wilda and Aurelie Dupre. Linda was a loving housewife and mother. She was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church in Houma, LA. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Callaway family.
