Lillian Santini Luke

Lillian Santini Luke, age 66, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Lillian is a native of Lafitte and a resident of Dulac.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation in the Magnolia Chapel of Chauvin Funeral Home on Friday, November 19, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery.

Lillian is survived by her husband of 49 years, Terry Luke, Sr.; son, Terry Luke, Jr. and wife Macy; daughter, Sherry Luke; grandchildren, Randy Pellegrin, Megan Luke, Lance Pellegrin, Kasey Luke, Kaitlyn Pellegrin, Alexis Luke, Kailyn Parrish, and Robert Knobloch; great-grandchildren, Easton, Luke, and Cooper Pellegrin, Emmett Tompkins; brothers, Trim Sanitini, Jr. and Giovanni Santini; sisters, Elaine White, Sandra Pellegrin, and Rose Machado.  

Lillian is preceded in death by her parents, Trim and Lillian Gros Santini; brothers, Michael and Albert Santini; sister, Edna Bourg.

Lillian was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her family dearly and adored her grandbabies. Lillian and Terry created a beautiful life. She had many talents and loved crafts. She loved her vacations and celebrating Christmas with her family. Anyone that knew Lillian, knew that she and her husband spent their life on the boat, and she could out pick any deckhand.  Lillian leaves this world behind to be reunited with her loved ones who passed before her and is now at rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
