Lana Thibodaux

Lana Marie Thibodaux, age 74, passed away Wednesday November 3, 2021 surrounded by her two sons. She was a lifetime resident of Bayou Blue, La.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Louis Catholic Church Monday November 8, 2021 from 9:30 AM until service time at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Lana is survived by her husband, Larry Joseph Thibodaux, Sr.; sons, Larry Joseph Thibodaux, Jr., and Sean Michael Thibodaux; grandchildren, Ashley Thibodaux, Garrett Thibodaux, Chelsea Thibodaux Tasios and husband Arthur; great-grandchild, Elijah Leo Thibodaux; brother, Lance Duplantis; sister-in-law, Betty Duplantis.

Lana is preceded in death by her parents, Valmore Joseph Duplantis and Myrtha Buquet Duplantis; daughter; brother, Dennis Paul Duplantis; mother-in-law, Mae Thibodaux; father-in-law, Benson Thibodaux, Sr.

Lana was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a retired bank teller after working in the industry for over thirty years. Lana enjoyed fishing, camping, and holiday get togethers. She loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Lana will forever be our angel looking over us.
