Kirby "Nonk Koob" Parfait

Kirby “Nonk Koob” Paul Parfait, age 89 passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. He was a native of Dulac, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Holy Family Catholic Church on Friday May 11, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery.

Kirby is survived by his children, Earl P. Parfait and wife, Cherrel, John C. Parfait and wife, Katie, Virgie M. Foret and husband, Paul, Larry K. Parfait and wife, Gina, Lynn R. Parfait and wife Tina, Sharon M. Foret and husband, Roy Sr., Chris A. Parfait and wife, Ellen, and Terry J. Kirby is preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Verdin Parfait; parents, Henry Oleus and Julienne Verdin Parfait; granddaughter, Cassidy Jade Parfait; great grandsons, Eli and Asher Gauthreaux; brothers, Joseph Henry "Took" Parfait, John Abbey Parfait, J.B. Howard "Frog" Parfait, and sisters, Marie Libby Parfait and Mary Lillian Foret.
