Jonathon "Bubba" Theriot

Jonathon “Bubba” James Theriot, age 23, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, June 29, 2018. He was a native and resident of Chauvin.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home on Monday, July 2, 2018 beginning at 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church beginning at 9:00 am until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Burial will be held in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Jonathon is survived by his father, Mickie James Theriot and wife, Shonnie; mother, Loretta Marie Billiot Guidry and husband, James; sisters, Angel M. Theriot, Morgan E. Theriot and Layla S. Lambert; grandparents, Kenneth J. and Linda Authement Theriot, and Barbara L. Chauvin and husband, Lawrence “L.J.”; godchild, Holden White; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jonathon is preceded in death by grandfather, William J. Billiot; great-grandparents, Lunny "Beb" and Winnie Chauvin Theriot, Magnus and Louie' Authement, Camille and Mary Eloise Gregoire Billiot, and Anthony and Florestine Gregoire Lodrigue; cousin, Anastasia Martinez.

Jonathon was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing music, shooting pool, spending time with his family and friends, and working with his paw paw (old man). He was an outstanding young man. He was a loving son, grandson and great big brother. He will be greatly missed by all. Jonathon will be dearly missed by all who knew him. The family sends their thanks for all thoughts and prayers.
