Jerry Luke

Jerry Paul Luke, age 70, passed away Monday August 30, 2021. He was a native and longtime resident of Dulac, La.

A memorial will be held at a later date.

Jerry is survived by his son, Jeremy Luke; daughter, Samantha Luke; grandchildren, Gavin Luke, Jayda Luke, Kadon Luke, Kevin Luke, Patrice and husband Malcolm Howard, Angel Luke; great-grandchildren, Aniya Howard, Jacory Howard; sisters, Barbara, Tammy, Sandra, Rachael (godchild); brothers, Harold, Henry, Timothy, Danny; numerous nieces and nephews; godchild, Denise; stepchildren, Eric and Dean Gauthreaux.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Chippy Luke; brothers, Carl and Jody Luke; and his companion, Dolores Parfait.

Jerry was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He enjoyed commercial fishing, and being on the water. You could always catch him wearing his green hat. He had a big heart and loved spending time with his kids, grandkids and great grandkids. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
