Herberth Stahl, Jr.

Herberth Stahl Jr., age 73, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Ponchatoula, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Annunziata Catholic Church on Saturday, June 26, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in Magnolia Cemetery.

Herberth is survived by wife of 53 years, Rose Marie Thibodeaux Stahl; son, Herberth Stahl, III, and Eric K. Stahl and wife, Stephanie; brother, James Stahl; grandsons, Gage and Camden Stahl.

Herberth was preceded in death by his parents, Herberth Sr. and Mary Elaine Kelly Stahl; sister, Diane Stahl; and granddaughter, Emmerson Stahl.

Herberth was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ponchatoula. He was a graduate of Houma Central Catholic High (Vandebilt). He was a retired engineer tech from Entergy. He enjoyed playing on the computer, doing woodwork, and stain glass.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all whose hearts he touched.
