Farrell Authement

Farrell Thomas Authement, age 84, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 8, 2021. He was a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Richmond, TX.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, February 13, 2021 beginning at 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernadette Catholic Church with burial following in Holy Rosary Cemetery.

We will be following COVID-19 restrictions regarding social distancing and face masks will be required.

Farrell is survived by his daughter, Denise A. LeBlanc and husband, William; brother, Patrick Authement and wife Kathryn; grandchildren, Allison Yerena, Brittany Rhodes and husband, Brad, and Mary Katherine LeBlanc; great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Cohen Rhodes.

Farrell was preceded in death by 1st wife, Mary Benoit Authement; 2^nd wife, Frances Hebert Authement; daughter, Linda A. Yerena and husband, Ricardo; grandson, Ritchie Yerena; granddaughter, Carrie Yerena; parents, Ralph Joseph and Melvin Marie Henry Authement.

Farrell was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard in 1961. He will be dearly missed by all whose hearts he touched.
