Elston “Dee” Joesph Marceaux, Jr., born Aug 10th, 1951, in Port Arthur, Texas and a long time resident of Gibson, Louisiana, went to be with the Lord on October 14th, 2021 at 70 years old. He was a deacon in the church, and a member of the Gideons. He loved hunting and fishing. He had a passion for collecting old stamps and was an avid bottle digger. He was a loving father, husband, and friend. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Phyllis Marceaux; his daughters, Crystal (Carlos) Cano, of Houma, Phyllis (Billy) Voisin of Noble, and Jennifer (Korey) Guidry of Gibson; his two wonderful grandsons, Cody and Devin Traigle; godchild, Keith James Deslatte, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his daughter Linda Marie Marceaux; his parents, Elston and Gloria “Pinky” Marceaux; his brother Francis Marceaux and his two sisters, Jeannie Gum and Ann Caviler.
