Elizabeth "Betsy" Lirette

Elizabeth "Betsy" Ann Campbell Lirette, age 58, passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 30, 2017. She was a native and a resident of Houma, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation in the First Baptist Church of Houma on September 4, 2017 beginning at 9:00 am followed by the Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 AM. Elizabeth is survived by husband of 29 years, Mitchell John Lirette; son, Zachary John Lirette and companion, Betsy Chester. Elizabeth is preceded in death by parents, Kilbern “Kibby” Kenneth and Bernice Agatha Chauvin Campbell. She was a retired LPN. She enjoyed spending time with friends, listening to music, going to the beach, and laughing at Anne Marie. Most of all, she loved spending time with her beloved pet Mollie. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.  Chauvin Funeral Home and Crematory, INC. is honored to serve the Lirette family.
