He was in many ways a big kid, and he always found ways to make people smile. He enjoyed bowling and flying model airplanes. As an artist, he enjoyed painting, glass sculpting, pottery, music, and other arts.
“Doc” cared about his patients’ health and making them feel at ease. He was known for his crooked ink pens. He would make balloon animals and cut up with their kids, and he always enjoyed giving away his glass sculptures to make people happy.
He was a wonderful father (Bud Bud), grandfather (Buddy Bud), brother, uncle, and friend. He told everyone how much he loved his family and how proud he was of his kids and grandkids. He always tried to give his all to everyone he could. He left a space in many lives that will be difficult to fill. He was loved and will be missed by many.
Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Herman family.
