Donna Claire Boquet

Donna Claire Boquet, 66, a lifetime resident of Bourg, LA, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 20, 2023.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Monday, February 27, 2023, from 9:00 am until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Ann Catholic Church. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Donna is survived by her brothers, Russell Boquet, Sr. (Karin) and Carmen “Moe” Boquet, Jr. (Fran); sisters, Carlene Ledet, Kathleen Barber, and Deborah Falgout; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carmen “Tick” Boquet, Sr. and Ann Pellegrin Boquet; brother, Michael Boquet; and sister, Jean Foret.

Donna was a loving sister, aunt, and godmother. She looked forward to her weekly Bingo games at the Bourg Lions Club and going to the monthly oral history meeting at the library. She enjoyed volunteering at Bourg School and loved making puzzles and doing word searches. She will forever be remembered and loved by all she knew; most especially her family.
