Cathy Scott

Cathy Elderkin Scott, age 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 8, 2021. Cathy was a resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at First Baptist Church in Thibodaux on Friday, November 12, 2021 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of her Life will begin at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Cathy is survived by her husband of 50 glorious years, Logan Scott; daughters, Angie Scott Wollschlaeger and April Scott; grandsons, Jack and Sam.

Cathy is preceded in death by her parents; Jack and Margie Wood Elderkin; brother, Jack Elderkin.

Cathy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved the Saints and playing cards on the weekend. Cathy will be dearly missed by all. She is now reunited with her family who passed before her and rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
