Carolyn possessed wisdom and life experience that cannot be measured. Her commitment to her family and her role as a homemaker was unwavering.

She gave generously of her time as a volunteer for various organizations, including St. Bernadette's Knights of Columbus, the Marine Corps League of Houma Terrebonne, Grand Caillou Volunteer Firemen's Club Inc., and Auxiliary Bingo and Elks Lodge. Over the course of three decades, Carolyn selflessly contributed to the success of these organizations and helped organize events such as the Jerry Lewis telethons, which she held close to her heart.

Carolyn had a vibrant spirit and enjoyed various activities. She could often be found dancing her heart out, engaging in friendly competition while playing bingo, or relishing the flavors of delectable seafood. Her lively personality was aptly reflected in her favorite color, red.

Carolyn will forever be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and love for her family and community. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Rest in peace, Carolyn Ledet. Your selflessness and kindness will forever be treasured in our hearts.
