Carolyn Boquet

Carolyn Ann Boquet, age 51 years, a native and resident of Houma was called to the home of her Heavenly Father on Monday January 21,2019 at 12:10 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in her honor at St. Gregory Church on Saturday January 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM at the church. Interment will be held at a later date.

Carolyn is survived by her loving father, Wade Francis Boquet and sister, Francine B. Breaux and husband Jason. She also leaves behind a nephew, Bryant Breaux and wife Courtney, niece: Brenna Breaux and great-niece Rylee Breaux and her loving, and godchildren Bryant Breaux and Aaron Martin.

She was preceded in death by her dear mother, Elizabeth Ann Porche Boquet, paternal grandparents, Francis (PETE) and Carlin Mazarac Boquet and maternal grandparents, Newel Sr. and Ester Bonvillian Porche.

Carolyn was a cashier for Wal-Mart Stores for many years and was a choir member and lecturer for St. Gregory Church. She actively participated in the religious education program by being a teacher’s aide. educating the youth of the parish. She was most happy being in the company of family and friends and was also an avid Saints and L.S.U. fan.
