Brittany Lapeyrouse

Brittany Nicole Lapeyrouse, age 24, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018. She was a longtime resident of Chauvin, LA.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until service time in the Magnolia Chapel of Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.  Liturgy of the Word will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel with a private burial at a later date.

Brittany is survived by her mother, Stacy LeBlanc and husband Toby; father, Lance Lapeyrouse and wife Deiadrie; brother, Tucker LeBlanc; sister, Brittany Martin; maternal grandparents, Lydell “Sly” Crochet and wife Pam Verret Crochet; paternal grandmother, Wanda Brien and husband Pedro; paternal grandfather, Cecil Lapeyrouse and wife Etta; step-grandparents, Ted and Lana LeBlanc; maternal great-grandparents, Anthony “Popie” and Margaret Verret. Paternal great-grandfather, Sidney “T-Boy” Lyons. Brittany is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Brittany is preceded in death by her loving baby boy, Ayden Michael Lapeyrouse; paternal great-grandmother, Bertha Lyons; paternal great-grandparents, Ruby and Chester Lapeyrouse; maternal great-grandparents, John “Big John” and Adele Crochet.

Brittany was fun, loving, caring, and free-spirited. She had a great-personality and loved everyone. She will be missed by her beautiful smile. She enjoyed dancing and listening to music. Brittany was taken too early in her life; however, she’s now been reunited with her son, Ayden and they both rests in the arms of their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Brittany’s family now has two angels looking over them.
