Beverly Roerig

Beverly Neal Roerig, 80, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, September 24, 2018. She was a native and resident of Point Aux Chenes, Louisiana.

Family and friends are invited to visitation on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 5:00PM until 9:00PM and Friday, September 28, 2018 at St. Charles Catholic Church from 9:00AM until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00AM at St. Charles Catholic Church. Burial will follow Mass in Rest Lawn Cemetery in Avondale, Louisiana.

Beverly is survived by her husband thirty years, Gary Roerig; children, Veronica Theriot Thibodeaux and husband Daniel Bourgeois Jr., Cynthia Theriot Fondren, Neil Paul Theriot and wife Tracy, Star Theriot McKenna, step-daughter, Kelly Seely and step-son, Anthony “Tony” Roerig; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents, Sidney Joseph Neil and Lucina LeBouef; son, Lee J. Theriot Jr., and grandson, Billy Anthony Thibodeaux; brothers, Roy Neal, Alvin Neal, Elmore Neal, Terry Neal, Reed Neal; and son-in-law, Larry Fondren.

Beverly was a supervisor for Time Saver Convenience Stores for many years. Beverly loved to work in her home and even had carpenter and painting skills. She worked hard to keep her family with the provisions needed for a proper home. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren and all her family dearly.

She will forever be remembered and loved and never ever forgotten.
