Betty Sue Bennett

Betty Sue McDonald Bennett, 79, passed away September 1, 2017 at 10:54AM. She was a native of Foreman AR and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:30AM until service time. Funeral Services will begin Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Chauvin Funeral Home beginning at 11:00AM. Burial in Garden of Memories will follow services. Sue is survived by her caring and loving husband, Henry Bennett; son, Darrell Bennett and wife Liz; daughter, Phyllis Trosclair and husband Daniel; brother, Joseph McDonald Jr. and sister, Billie Ramasco, grandchildren, Alysha Voisin, Melanie Pitre, John Bennett, Joseph Bennett, and great grandchildren, Alexis, Janie, Blake, Jake, Connor. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Essie McDonald; brothers, Donnie McDonald, James McDonald, Joe McDonald Sr.; sisters, Varda Bohannon, Wanda Bagwell, and Joyce Brewer. Sue loved to sing in the church choir and volunteer for her church community. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed by all; but never forgotten. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Bennett family.
