Arlene Freda DeHart, 57, a native of Galliano and a longtime resident of Bourg, entered eternal rest on Monday July 16,2018 at 11:21 Am

Visitation will be held Wednesday July 18,2018 in the Chapel Magnolia of Chauvin Funeral Home from 8:30 AM until service time. Service time will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow the service at St. Mary’s Nativity Church Cemetery, Raceland, Louisiana.

Arlene is survived by her sons: Richard and Garrett Sheets and her loving grandchildren: Kadence, Darian, Garrett Jr., and Kensley. Also survived by her parents Wilfred (Janice) DeHart and Ruth LaCoste LeBlanc. Her sisters; Melanie (Ronald) Gros, and Lacey (Timmy) Adams. Brothers; Louis LeBlanc, III and Lance (Deirdre) DeHart. Four Godchildren: Farrah, Erica, Dustin and Julia and many wonderful and loving nieces and nephews.

Arlene will be fondly remembered as a mother and grandmother whose home was always open and welcoming. She is treasured for being the best grandmother ever, for lending a helping hand to those in need and for serving Our Lord Precious Lord Jesus Christ.
