Arleane Ann Bergeron

Arleane Ann Eschete Bergeron, 70, a native and resident of Houma, LA. passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.

A visitation will be held in her honor at St. Bernadette Catholic Church on Saturday, September 10, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. The burial will immediately follow the Mass in St. Francis Cemetery No. 2.

Arleane is survived by her mother, Sarah Eschete; children, Beth Tassin and husband Tate and Brent Bergeron and wife Amanda; grandchildren, Ella Tassin, Olivia Bergeron, and Lucas Bergeron; siblings, John Eschete, David Eschete, Ellen Allemand, Lynn Eschete, Jill Becnel, Virginia Authement, and Ted Eschete; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Eschete; brother, Brian Eschete; sister, Shanna Tanner; nephews Drew Eschete and John Eschete II; and great-nephew, Luke Crabtree.

Arleane was a 1970 graduate of South Terrebonne High School and went on to dedicate 30 plus years of service to Bellsouth. Arleane’s family was very large, and she found her joy in life spending time with them. Her family was everything to her and she will be lovingly remembered by all who had the honor to know and love her
