Amanda Tull

Amanda Diane Tull, age 39, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 6:13 am. She was a native of Mount Ayr, IA and a resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Chauvin Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 am until a Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 pm.

Amanda is survived by her husband of 17 years, Sylvester Cobb, Sr; mother, Ruth Darlene Groves Faulkner; sons, Sylvester Cobb, Jr. and wife, Christal, and Ivan Cobb; daughter, Amanda Lynn Cobb; grandchildren, DeAndre Kentrell Cobb, Andrea Janel Cobb; brothers, Anthony Tull and Isaac Faulkner; sisters, Angelina Shaw and husband, Robert, Rebecca Faulkner, and Hannah Faulkner; grandfather, Charles Tull, sister-in-law, Opal Young and Debra Reed, brother-in-law, Bryant and wife Veronica Smith, nieces Zaundrea Young and Monique King, nephews, Gregory Cobb, Fredrick Cobb, Derick Reed and host of other family and friends.

Amanda is preceded in death by her son, Jeremiah Tull; father, Ivan Dwain Tull; grandparents, Ilene Stanley, Arlene Stanley, and James Stanley.

Amanda enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, playing computer games, and most of all spending time with family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
