Allen Joseph Savoie

Allen Joseph Savoie, age71, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, February 11, 2022. Allen was a longtime resident of Montegut, LA.

Allen is survived by his daughter, Bridget Grisiaffi; son, Brandon Savoie; grandchildren, Cierra Savoie, Brynn Savoie, Braylon Savoie; siblings, Mary Savoie Dufrene; Terri Savoie; Archie Savoie and wife Judy; Vanessa Savoie Cadiere, Valerie Savoie Naquin and husband Bernard. 

Allen is preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years, Linda Pinell Savoie; parents, Clifton and Norma LeBoeuf Savoie; daughter-in-law, Katie Savoie.

Allen was a true Cajun. Anyone who knew him, knew he could catch anything in the water. He spent many years commercial fishing and enjoying riding his lawnmower. Allen retired after 35 years with Texaco. He enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden and fruit trees. Allen leaves this world behind to be reunited with the love of his life Linda. Together again, they are spending their 50^th wedding anniversary in Heaven. They shall spend eternity with their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
