Alice Leonard

Alice LeBlanc Leonard, 86, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017. She was a native of Pineville, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at First Baptist of Houma from 9:00AM until service time. Funeral Services will begin Wednesday at First Baptist of Houma starting at 11:00AM with burial to follow services in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray, LA. Alice is survived by her daughter-in-law, Anna Sick Leonard of Houma, LA; grandchildren, Brad Leonard and wife Hope and Tracy Leonard Adams and husband Brent; great grandchildren, Hannah and Bryce Leonard, and Luke and Kade Adams; and her sister Mable LeBlanc Bunting of New Jersey. Alice is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Joseph Leonard; parents, Altha and Nora Bergeron LeBlanc; son, Danny Joseph Leonard; brothers, Cleveland LeBlanc, Steven LeBlanc, Samuel LeBlanc, and Ray LeBlanc, Sr.; sisters, Mary Marcel and Thelma LeBlanc. Alice was very active in her faith at First Baptist of Houma. She was a retired cook at Terrebonne High School. Alice enjoyed spending time with her family; most especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the Staff of Chateau Terrebonne Nursing Home for all their love and support. She was loved by her family and friends and will be dearly missed; but never forgotten.
