Adam Joseph Leonard Sr.

Adam Joseph Leonard Sr., 77, a native of Schriever, LA and resident of Bourg, LA passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 4:15pm.

Family and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00am until service time. A Liturgy of the Word will follow on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 11:00am with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.

Adam is survived by his children; Adam Joseph Leonard Jr. and wife Darla, Stacie Stipelcovich and husband Peter, Amanda Charpentier and husband Francis; siblings, Herbert Leonard, Harold Leonard, Bobby Leonard, Lisa Thibodeaux, Judy Chaisson; grandchildren, Adam Leonard III, Starla Leonard, Ambyr Stipelcovich, Jamie Stipelcovich, Hunter Charpentier;  five great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Meryl Stanford.

Adam is preceded in passing by his wife, Brenda Moore Leonard; parents, William Leonard Sr. and Rita LeBlanc Leonard; siblings, Nelson Leonard, Billy Leonard, Johnny Leonard, Carold Leonard, Julie LeBouef; parents-in-law, Raymond Moore Sr. and Bessie Zeringue Moore; brother-in-law, Raymond Moore Jr.; sister-in-law, Isabelle Stelly.

He was also a man of God in life and in faith.

Adam will always be remembered, never forgotten, and forever loved by his family and friends.
