Emily Henry Boudreaux Lester, 89, a native of Chauvin and resident of Houma, died at 2:04 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2007.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Dale Boudreaux and wife, Carolyn, of Houma and Gerald Boudreaux and wife, Sharon, of Arkansas; one daughter-in-law, Janell Boudreaux of Baton Rouge; one brother, Milton Henry of Mississippi; two sisters, Irene Lirette and Ouida Bergeron of Houma; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Murphy Boudreaux; her second husband, William E. Lester Sr.; her parents, Constant E. Henry and Olidie Chaisson Henry; eight brothers, Levis, Camille, Clifford, Cleveland, Nelson, Oniell, Norman and J.C. Henry; and two sisters, Lelia Duplantis and Lydia Pellegrin.
She was a homemaker and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
