Gary Paul Champagne

Gary Paul Champagne, 51, a native and resident of Houma, died at 6:18 a.m., Monday, Feb. 19, 2007. Visitation is from 4 to 10 p.m. Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home and 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at First Baptist Church. Religious services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial at Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Patti Blanchard Champagne of Houma; his father, John Champagne Sr. of Houma; one son, Kyle Champagne of Houma; one daughter, Sara Champagne of Houma; two brothers, James Champagne of Houma and John Champagne of Houston and one sister, Dorothy "Dot" Henry of Mandeville. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Crochet Champagne. He was a salesman for Coastal Catering. He was a parishioner at First Baptist Church.
