Cecile Rita Berthelot Pitre

Cecile Rita Berthelot Pitre, 83, a native of Schriever and resident of Houma, died at 7:20 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 2007. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis S. Pitre; her parents, Mertil Berthelot and Ophelia Pontiff Berthelot; and one brother, M.B. Berthelot. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
